Free 15-min consult
We chat by phone. You tell me what's going on. I tell you whether I can help — and how.
Concierge, one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy for women — at your home, anywhere in Bergen County, New Jersey.
Ground floor — the foundation of how you move, breathe, and carry your life. Also, where I meet you: on your couch, in your kitchen, on a yoga mat by the crib.
We chat by phone. You tell me what's going on. I tell you whether I can help — and how.
A 60-minute initial evaluation at your home, or on video. Thorough, unhurried, no waiting rooms.
Hands-on care plus a short daily practice that meets you where you are — not where a clinic schedule says you should be.
Hands-on, one-on-one pelvic floor PT in your own space. No traffic, no waiting room, no scheduling around a clinic. I bring everything I need.
In-home is how I work. But if you're elsewhere in New Jersey, or an in-home visit isn't practical right now, ask — video visits are available.
Pregnancy, postpartum, and everything before, between, and after. If you're not sure whether what you're feeling is "PT material" — that's exactly what a consult is for.
I don't take insurance — which means your visit isn't 15 minutes wedged between other patients, and your care plan isn't dictated by what a payer will reimburse. You get a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Book a free consultThe first visit is 60 minutes in your own home. We talk through your history and what brought you here, then do a movement and pelvic floor assessment — external, and internal if it is appropriate and you consent. You leave with a plan and usually a few things to start on that day.
No. I bring the treatment table and everything else the session needs. All you need is a bit of floor space and a room where you feel comfortable and can have privacy. Babies and toddlers in the room are completely fine and very normal.
In-home visits are available across Bergen County, New Jersey. If you are just outside the county, ask anyway when you book your free consult — it is often still workable, and it is a quick question to answer on the phone.
No — the practice is cash-pay on purpose. Not billing insurance is what makes a genuinely unhurried 60-minute visit possible, and it means your plan of care is decided by what you need rather than by what a payer will reimburse. You receive a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
A superbill is an itemised receipt for your visit, with the codes your insurer needs to process an out-of-network claim. You submit it to your insurance company yourself, and any reimbursement goes directly to you. Whether you get money back depends on your specific out-of-network benefits.
It should not. Assessment and treatment are done at a pace you set, nothing happens without your consent, and you can stop at any point. Some techniques can feel tender in an area that is already sensitive or guarded, so we work within what feels manageable to you and adjust as we go.
